Safety Guidelines

Your safety (and the safety of our actors) is important to us. Please review the following before entering The Void:

Recommended Age: 12 and older. Younger children may attend at a parent/guardian’s discretion, but this is a high-intensity haunted attraction.
No Touching: Actors will not touch you. Please do not touch the actors, props, or set pieces.
No Running: Walk at all times. Running creates a safety hazard in low-light environments.
No Flash Photography: Flash photography and video recording are not allowed inside the haunt.
Health Considerations: This attraction uses fog, strobe lighting, sudden loud noises, and intense scares. Guests with heart conditions, seizure disorders, asthma, or similar medical concerns should consider whether this experience is appropriate for them.
Footwear: Closed-toe shoes are strongly recommended. No bare feet or loose sandals.
No Weapons or Alcohol: Weapons of any kind, alcohol, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
Follow Actor & Staff Instructions: If an actor or staff member gives you a direction (including emergency exit instructions), please follow it immediately.
Exit Anytime: If at any point you feel overwhelmed, let an actor or staff member know and they will guide you to the nearest exit.
